The world is becoming older, and aging in the developing countries of ASEAN region unfolding faster than most developed United States Europe. This paper examined effectiveness old age income security programs mandated selected countries. These sought to address problem encourage government promote labor force's efficiency increase force productivity. Furthermore, study effect old-age dependency, life expectancy, GDP per capita on productivity using a panel data set from various brackets, specifically Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, which are also classified as yellow group nations that process demographic dividend implementation.
